Casa Garcia’s Round Rock is at 1901 N Interstate Hwy 35, right off I-35. Doors open at 7:30am, a little later than our other spots, and breakfast keeps going all day. The kitchen closes at 9pm Monday through Thursday, 10pm Friday, 9:30pm Saturday, and 8pm Sunday. It is an easy stop whether you are heading north or south on the interstate.
